Buyer Business Identity

Business Identity is a tool for buyers to build basic mutual trust with suppliers by how much you’re understandable and seize potential business opportunities.

Identity Verified : These are buyers that have had their company name, company address, company registration number, contact person and their job title checked and confirmed by or a third-party verification agency against the relevant government records or other third-party databases within the past one year. These buyers might have conducted a certain amount of activities on the platform in the past, including, but not limited to: posting Requests for Quotations (RFQs), placing purchase orders online, requesting product inspections from sellers etc. This is based on the records of the platform. Activity : These are buyers that have conducted a certain amount of activities on the platform, including but not limited to posting Requests for Quotations (RFQs), placing purchase orders, requesting product inspections from sellers etc. based on the records of the platform but have not yet had their identity checked and confirmed by anyone. Unclear : These are buyers that have not had any of their information checked or confirmed by anyone.


Basically, the members on need to have a business name because it is a business to business platform. And most transactions are in large batch. However, you can try being a buyer without business name and write your own name on it instead. Also, you can try to buy products on platform if you order in small batch.

Please note that currently the paid members on or supplier on will have the sub account under the main account. For Free Members on, sub-account is not available. If you want to have sub-accounts, you can upgrade to be our Gold Supplier.

Account Security

To set a secure password, use the following tips: Use a combination of letters or numbers – e.g. beatlesfan28, with no spaces Use multiple words without spaces – e.g. thebestboss Never use single words that can be found in any dictionary – e.g. manager or bamboo Never use personal information others can easily obtain or guess – e.g. your name, phone number, or birth date Never use your email address as a password Never use common passwords – e.g. 123456 or ABCDEF

There are sometimes attempts by scammers to gain access to our Members’ personal information such as fake emails and websites. Such emails/websites (which appear to come from our platform) request personal information such as credit card numbers or passwords from our Members. Please be aware that our platform will never ask for your password, credit card information and other personal information in emails. We will also never provide your password, credit card information and other personal information to other third parties. The key to prevent scams is awareness, education and vigilance. We encourage all Members to be cautious when responding to any email request for sensitive personal information. Below are some basic measures you can take to ensure the safety of your account on our platform. If you suspect that an unauthorized party has already accessed or has attempted to access your account, please contact our Customer Service immediately. Set a Good Password Please do not choose a simple password such as birthdays or names. It is advisable to set a password that has a combination of numbers and letters. Sign In Regularly to My Business Regularly signing into our platform ensures your account information stays current. Practice Extra Vigilance Do not click on any links or URL addresses in any email if you suspect the mail was sent from a party pretending to be our platform. Avoid completing forms in email messages that ask for your personal information, such as your password, credit card information, etc. Make sure you are using a secure website when submitting credit card or other sensitive information through your browser. Most our platform sign-in pages can be identified by addresses that begin with "" or "". Use Anti-Virus Software and a Firewall Some computer viruses steal your password and financial account information by recording your keystrokes. For this reason, it is recommended that you install an anti-virus software and update it on a regular basis. A firewall is a system designed to prevent unauthorized parties (usually referred to as "hackers") from gaining access to sensitive information stored on your computer. Firewalls can be installed as either hardware and software or both.

Account Management

My Business is your personal communication and trade management tool on our platform. Now we have separated My Business for suppliers and buyers. You can switch between these versions from the right hand side of the navigation bar. As a buyer, you can: l Send, receive, and save messages from other members l Manage buying requests and view quotations from suppliers l Manage your orders l Edit your member profile and privacy settings

E-Credit Line

There are costs associated with the provision of insurance by SINOSURE and daily interest rate is 0.04%

For credit limit of more than USD 1000,000, the financing policy is: 1. 80% of the total payable amount; 2. For each trade, the maximum amount is US $150,000 and no more than 30% of the credit limit; 3.The cumulative outstanding financing amount must be less than US $1 million; 4. For new customers, the cumulative financing amount cannot exceed 50% until your first full repayment.


Currently you are not allowed to use PayPal for Escrow on our platform and as Paypal had terminated its contract with our website years before.

As the service fee of bank transfer is various in different countries, regions, banks, you are suggested to ask your bank directly for help.


Generally, orders are shipped within 3-60 working days. However, an extension can be made if the buyer and supplier mutually agree on a new date. If the buyer did not receive the goods (goods still in transit) even after being shipped by the supplier, the buyer needs to contact the supplier to negotiate a longer shipping period. If the supplier has not shipped the order before the agreed date, the buyer can always contact the supplier to agree a new date; or make a Refund Request.

This means part of the order has been shipped by the supplier.
